托辊轴承的维护与保养

Maintenance and Maintenance of Roller Bearing

对托辊轴承做好定期维护保养(定期检查)，可以使托辊配件轴承充分发挥并长期保持其应有的性能。

Periodic maintenance (periodic inspection) of roller bearings can make full use of and maintain their proper performance for a long time.

1、托辊轴承的检查与判断

1. Inspection and judgment of roller bearings

为了判断拆下的轴承能否重新使用，要着重检查其尺寸精度、旋转精度、内部游隙以及配合面、滚道面、保持架和密封圈等。

In order to judge whether the removed bearing can be reused, it is important to check its dimensional accuracy, rotation accuracy, internal clearance and mating surface, raceway surface, cage and sealing ring.

关于检查结果，可由用惯轴承或精通轴承者进行判断。

The results of the inspection can be judged by those who are familiar with the conventional bearings or those who are proficient in bearings.

判断的标准根据机械型线  流水槽模具 景观石 检查井钢模具 保定通风管道 隔离墩模具 保定保洁公司性能和重要度以及检查周期等而有所不同。如有以下损伤，轴承不得重新使用，必须更换。

The criteria for judgment vary according to the mechanical performance and importance, as well as the inspection cycle. If the following damage occurs, the bearing shall not be reused and must be replaced.

1) 托辊配件轴承零部件的断裂和缺陷。

1) Fracture and defect of bearing parts of idler fittings.

2) 滚道面物滚动面的剥离。

2) stripping of rolling surface of raceway surface.

2、清洗

2, cleaning

将托辊配件轴承拆下检查时，先用摄影等方法做好外观记录。另外，要确认剩余润滑剂的量并对润滑剂采样，然后再清洗轴承。

When disassembling and inspecting the bearing of supporting roller fittings, the appearance record should be made by photography first. In addition, it is necessary to confirm the amount of residual lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing.

a、轴承的清洗分粗洗和精洗进行，并可在使用的容器底部放上金属网架。

A. The cleaning of bearings is carried out by roughing and scrubbing, and the metal grid can be placed at the bottom of the container in use.

b、粗洗时，在油中用刷子等清除润滑脂或粘着物。此时若在油中转动轴承，注意会因异物等损伤滚动面。

B. When roughing, use brushes to remove grease or adhesives in oil. If the bearing is rotated in oil, the rolling surface will be damaged by foreign bodies.

c、精洗时，在油中慢慢转动轴承，须仔细地进行。

C. When cleaning, the bearings should be rotated slowly in oil and carefully.

通常使用的清洗剂为中性不含水柴油或煤油，根据需要有时也使用温性碱液等。不论用哪种清洗剂，都要经常过滤保持清洁。

Normally used detergents are neutral non-aqueous diesel or kerosene, and sometimes thermophilic alkali liquor is used as required. No matter which cleaning agent is used, it should be filtered regularly to keep it clean.

清洗后，立即在轴承上涂布防锈油或防锈脂。

Immediately after cleaning, the bearings are coated with rust-proof oil or grease.
