槽型托辊输送带的使用注意事项：
Cautions for using trough roller conveyor belt:
1、防止输送带负荷启动。
1. Prevent start-up of conveyor belt load.
2、输送带发生跑偏，应及时采取措施纠正。
2. In case of deviation of conveyor belt, measures should be taken to correct it in time.
3、不同类型，规格层数的输送带不宜接在一起使用，其接头最好采用胶接法。
3. Conveyor belts of different types and layers of specifications should not be joined together, and their joints should be bonded.
4、缓冲托辊的类型，结构，规格，层数应根据使用条件合理选用。
4. The types, structures, specifications and layers of cushioning idlers should be reasonably selected according to the operating conditions.
5、输送带运行速度一般不宜大于2.5m/s，块度大，磨损性大的物料和使用固定梨的卸料装置应尽量采用低速。
5. Conveyor belt speed should not be greater than 2.5 m/s. Materials with large fragmentation and abrasion and unloading device of fixed pear should be adopted as low as possible.
6、滚筒输送机的传动滚筒直径与输送带布层的关系，传动滚筒，提升机改向滚筒的配套以及对托辊槽角的要求应根据运输机的设计规定,合理选取。

The relationship between the diameter of the driving drum and the layers of the conveyor belt, the matching of the driving drum, the hoist changing direction drum and the requirement of the groove angle of the supporting roll should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
