2.保护气体的选择

保护性气体的选择对于Mag焊来说尤为重要,使用CO2这类的活性气体会影响到焊接深度。而对于Mig焊、Tig焊和等离子焊接来说,使用如氩气和氙气这样的惰性气体老可以保护不锈钢、镍合金、钛及钛合金、锆等焊件,使其在高温下不受氧化。

3.焊接工作中存在着许多影响安全的因素,(如焊接飞溅、灼伤、爆炸、火花、电流、辐射、强光烧灼、烟气……)所以在设备周围安置一个保护设施(如防护罩、通风气室等),如无条件使用保护设施,可采用个人防护装备(如保护服、焊接手套、防护鞋、护目镜等)。在密闭场所还要配备气体检测仪以防缺氧症(氧气含量 <17%)。

7.焊接速度监控

要保证焊接速度的稳定就必须采用数控设备。要保证焊缝的质量就要控制电极速度均匀稳定。如果焊接速度过快,易导致虚焊并不得不返工。
To ensure the stability of welding speed, numerical control equipment must be adopted. To ensure the quality of welding seam, we must control the electrode speed uniformly and stably. If the welding speed is too fast, easy to weld and had to rework.

对不同的焊接工艺来说,合适的电极倾角也不同,所以在操作时要确认角度是否合适。焊缝的质量很大程度上取决于电流类型和极性。Tig焊的一大优势便是它的焊缝平整且焊透率高。

The quality of the weld depends largely on the type and polarity of the current. One of the advantages of Tig welding is that its weld is smooth and its penetration rate is high.
9.设备的保养

焊接工作的另一个重要部分是设备的维护保养,包括定期的更换老化零件、清除喷嘴内壁上的结垢等工作。

10.根据焊件的厚度选择焊接工艺

选择了最合适的焊接工艺才能得到最佳的焊接效果。无疑激光焊接和Mig焊是目前焊接效果最好的两种焊接工艺。看是焊接后,要保持焊炬合适的倾斜角,否则会导致惰性气体逸散、焊点表面粘损等后果。
The best welding process is selected to get the best welding effect. No doubt laser welding and Mig welding are the two best welding processes at present. After welding, we should keep the proper tilt angle of the torch, otherwise it will lead to the inert gas escaping and the surface sticking of the solder joint.
